Senior IT Support Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Windows 11
• Microsoft 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure, and Intune
• Microsoft Server 2016-2022
• Exchange 2016 / 2019 / Exchange Online
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Confident diagnosing faults and finding effective solutions
• Comfortable following agreed procedures and documentation
• Previous experience managing projects
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
• Full, clean driving licence and own transport preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone, email, and remote support to customers
• Take ownership of technical projects beyond day-to-day support tickets
• Manage projects such as server builds and cloud migrations
• Support a diverse range of customers across the South East
