Senior IT Support Engineer
· Work with the company’s helpdesk on assigned
problem/tickets. · Collaborate with network administrators to ensure
efficient operation of the company’s desktop computing environment. · Install and support Desktops, Laptops, and other
desktop applications. · Provide support in accessing and utilizing
peripheral devices, including printers, copiers, and scanners. · Provide active support to the users on Microsoft
office suite. · Support Active Directory and ensure it maintained
with up-to-date user profile. · Add and Remove users, provide, and remove
permissions in the Shared Drive. · Install hardware and peripheral components such as
monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives on user's premises. · Loads
specified software packages such as Operating Systems, Drivers, Microsoft
Applications, and all other software that the employee needs for job. · Recover lost data of users using recovery tools. · Responds to
Employee inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system
hardware, software, and operator problems either on-site or remote. · Telephone system Infrastructure with the
integration with third party Information Security responsibilities: - · Comply with Nationwide Information Security
Policies · Be aware of and fulfill their information security
responsibilities. · Ensure whoever handles sensitive company
information have taken the Security Awareness Training · Know how to report a security incident to IT
ServiceDesk. · Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus |
Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor’s (preferable) in computer
engineering or a related field.
· Professional certifications in IT are highly
preferable.
· Ability to handle stressful situations pertaining to
IT service delivery to business units.
· Team player with communication skills
