This is an onsite role.
MUST be fluent in spoken and written Thai and English.
💼ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains effective communication with the office users, customer IT team, retail operation team and store team
Works with respective internal technologies teams and functions to ensure high quality of services and facilities rendering to retail operations
Supports in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT devices (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, peripherals)
Assist in operating system management, software installations, and patch management
Works with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to provide services of (but not limited to):
Helpdesk
Request
Store projects
Provides scheduled 5 days per week on-site services covering store operations in Bangkok, Thailand
IT devices deployment as required by the end customer
Maintains IT hardware & software inventory and life cycle.
Other duties as assigned
🌟SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Experience supporting retail operations in the luxury industry is an added advantage
Hands-on IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, etc., with a basic understanding of networking and entry-level server concepts
Customer-centric and aims to deliver exceed expectation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
📝QUALIFICATIONS
Higher diploma in IT (or computing related discipline) or above
3~5 years experiences in IT support with luxury retail preferred
⏰WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Working Hours : 0900 AM ~ 1800 PM, Tuesday to Saturday
Fully on-site
12-month contract role
