Requirements:- Windows Server experience
- Active Directory experience
- Windows 11 experience
- Office 365 and Azure experience
- VoIP and network experience
- Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions
- Able to commute to Fareham 5 days per week
- Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, telephony and business systems, managing incidents through to resolution and keeping users updated throughout
- Manage IT operations and security, including hardware provisioning, access control, IT policies, service communications and escalation to internal or external specialists where required

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to support our head office and client sites with a range of IT issues. Reporting to the IT Manager and working as part of a small IT team, this role is well suited to someone who likes to embed themselves into the business and work across a broad range of tasks.
