Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our private sector client, who is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer (1st - 3rd Line Support).
Location: x5 days per week onsite - Central London
About the role: You will be responsible for providing onsite IT support across applications, infrastructure and end-user technologies, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and an excellent user experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery Senior IT Support Engineer support, with the following skills and experience:
- Experience providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support in a finance/ insurance background.
- Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune technologies.
- Experience delivering IT and cyber security projects.
- Extensive customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications: Microsoft Certified - Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified - Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified -Cybersecurity Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified - Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified - Security Operations Analyst Associate, ITIL Foundation or CISSP (Desirable)
