Senior ITSM Product Owner / Program Lead

JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for a Senior ITSM Product Owner / Program Lead to drive an enterprise-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation. This role combines product ownership, program management, and change leadership to deliver a strategic roadmap, align stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership and communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, supported by solid ITSM knowledge and hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow.

Please note: you must have at least 6+ years as Product Owner / Program Lead to be considered for this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Own and drive the enterprise ITSM transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

• Lead program execution, coordinating deliverables, dependencies, and timelines across cross-functional teams.

• Engage executive stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and maintain alignment on priorities and outcomes.

• Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and manage competing priorities.

• Drive organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new ITSM processes and solutions.

• Leverage data, metrics, and performance insights to guide decisions and measure success.

• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize ITSM processes and ServiceNow capabilities.

EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years of experience with Product Ownership, Program Management, or ITSM Transformation.

• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks, processes, and best practices (ITIL).

• Experience working with ServiceNow in enterprise environments.

• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and executive stakeholder management skills.

• Strong change management capabilities and ability to influence without direct authority.

• Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Initiative and drive to do great things.
