About the Project
We are looking for a Senior Java Back-End Developer to join an enterprise-grade AI-powered QA platform that helps automate and optimize the software testing lifecycle.
The platform uses AI to analyze and improve requirements, generate test cases and automation scripts, increase test coverage, and reduce manual testing efforts. It integrates with common development and collaboration tools and supports multiple testing frameworks and AI models.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable backend microservices using Java.
Design and implement REST APIs for communication between backend, frontend, and external systems.
Work with MongoDB and relational databases.
Implement event-driven and asynchronous communication using Apache Kafka.
Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of backend services.
Collaborate closely with Front-End, DevOps, and Product teams.
Participate in CI/CD processes and delivery automation.
Work with cloud-native infrastructure based on AWS and Kubernetes.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of commercial experience with Java.
Strong practical knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
Proven experience building and integrating REST APIs.
Good knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Solid experience with SQL and relational databases.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging/event-streaming systems.
Experience with Git and GitLab.
Understanding of CI/CD principles.
Experience with AWS is a plus.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Understanding of Angular and frontend/backend integration is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
