- REST APIs & Enterprise Microservices
- Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB
- Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD
- Application Performance Tuning, Security & Cloud-Native Architecture
Mandatory:
- 10+ years of IT experience
- Recent Banking/Financial Services experience is mandatory
- Hands‑on experience with Payments, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Core Banking, Lending, Digital Banking, or Treasury applications
- Experience building secure, high-volume, mission‑critical applications
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
