Summary
Senior backend developer who upgrades and builds Java applications (Java 21, Spring Boot 3.3.x) supporting savings and investment products, including tax calculation engines and tax-authority integrations. Daily work centers on Spring, Hibernate, PostgreSQL/SQL, JMS/MQ messaging, OpenAPI and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Java and Spring Boot upgrade projects
- Strong proficiency in Java 21 and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and SQL
- Practical knowledge of messaging technologies such as JMS, MQ or similar
- Strong understanding of Java frameworks including Spring and Hibernate
- Experience with relational databases and SQL-based development
- Knowledge of OpenAPI and AsyncAPI for producing and consuming data
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles
Very good command of English, both spoken and written
