Senior Java Backend Engineer — Fintech with Stock Options

ARQARQ in Kraków is seeking a Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend systems powering our financial products. You will collaborate with a talented team to deliver reliable services using Java and Spring Boot.

You’ll work on greenfield development, REST APIs, and microservices across payments, treasury, and transactions. A Bachelor’s degree in CS/Math/Physics and strong English are required; in-office 3-4 days a week.
