Senior Java Developer | AI, Java 8, Microservices, Azure

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with real AI experience to deliver scalable Java backends and dependable system performance. You will develop Spring Boot microservices, expose REST APIs, work with SQL and NoSQL stores, and run services on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services with CI/CD. Responsibilities

• Architect scalable technical platforms that support strategic goals and engineering quality standards
• Participate in architectural roadmap discussions and provide technical viewpoints for planning
• Align with business, product, and technology teams to maintain momentum and agreed quality outcomes
• Conduct peer reviews and deliver detailed feedback to promote sustainable coding standards
• Diagnose complex engineering issues, identify root causes, and coordinate permanent fixes
• Mentor junior engineers with practical guidance that accelerates skill growth and autonomy
• Clarify scope, estimate effort, and help build schedules during project preparation
• Investigate emerging technologies and integrate beneficial methods into engineering workflows
• Write and maintain clear documentation for key design decisions and development processes
• Partner with stakeholders to convert objectives into precise requirements and aligned delivery outcomes

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a comparable software engineering position
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and frameworks applicable to application architecture
• Strong foundation in Java Core and object-oriented programming practices
• Proven ability to use Java 8 features in real development work
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building and maintaining backend services
• Experience hosting and operating applications in Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services for cloud deployment, operations, and management
• Working knowledge of CI/CD fundamentals enabling automated builds and releases
• Strong SQL competency for organizing and querying relational data
• Track record of delivering microservices-based, service-oriented systems
• Ability to implement REST APIs and integrate third-party REST services
• Solid understanding of unit testing techniques that safeguard code quality
• Exposure to NoSQL databases that integrate effectively with Java solutions
• Fluent English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
