Summary
Senior Java developer designing and maintaining enterprise-grade applications: Spring Boot and Hibernate microservices for high-volume transaction processing, event-driven systems on Apache Kafka, AWS cloud-native deployment, and Oracle/SQL database tuning, with some Angular frontend work in Agile/Scrum teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate ORM, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Build and enhance backend solutions using Microservices Architecture and Distributed Systems to support high-volume transaction processing.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs to enable secure and efficient communication across enterprise applications.
- Implement Event-Driven Architecture and asynchronous processing mechanisms to improve system responsiveness and reliability.
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS services, ensuring high availability and operational efficiency.
- Manage database operations using SQL and Oracle, including data modelling, query tuning, and performance optimization.
- Implement messaging and integration solutions using Apache Kafka for reliable data exchange and event processing.
- Develop and maintain frontend components using Angular, JavaScript, and AJAX to enhance application functionality.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum delivery through technical design, code reviews, debugging, and collaboration with cross-functional development teams.
Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in Senior Java Development, enterprise application engineering, and software development.
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate ORM.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing Microservices Architecture and Distributed Systems.
- Strong experience in REST API development and integration.
- Hands-on experience in Event-Driven Architecture and asynchronous processing.
- Strong experience in AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Strong experience in SQL, Oracle, database design, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience in Apache Kafka, along with Angular, JavaScript, and AJAX.
