Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, high-performance, real-time applications.
Build and optimize distributed systems focused on scalability, reliability, and low latency.
Collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver robust and maintainable software solutions.
Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
Ensure high code quality by following engineering best practices, testing, and continuous improvement.
Deliver high-quality software on time in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience building large-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
Strong proficiency in Java and experience developing production-grade applications.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, multithreading, real-time systems, and performance optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with distributed caching solutions and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience with Big Data technologies and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Experience in the AdTech or digital advertising industry is a strong advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Apache Kafka is a plus.
