A senior Java developer (5+ years) placed on-site in Jakarta with a fintech/banking client, focused on analyzing, troubleshooting, and enhancing legacy Java applications. Core stack includes Spring microservices, SQL databases, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ/JMS/Redis), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development, with strong knowledge of Spring Framework, Microservices, Design Patterns, and Database/SQL.
- Strong experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and enhancing legacy applications, including JVM/concurrency troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Hands‑on experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS, or Redis, as well as Linux, scripting, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and development tools, including Git/SVN, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab CI), configuration management, and distributed logging (ELK/Splunk).
- Experience in AI-related projects is highly preferred, with strong English communication skills.
