Salary: ₱150,000 – ₱180,000 per month

Work Setup: Hybrid – at least 3x onsite per week
Work Schedule: Night Shift – 9:00 PM–6:00 AM or 10:00 PM–7:00 AM
Salary: Up to ₱150,000, negotiable for highly qualified candidates

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot, with exposure to modern front-end development, API integration, cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• At least 5–7 years of overall IT/software development experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot

• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs

• Working knowledge of ReactJS

• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript

• Experience with API testing and unit testing

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and application deployment

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS or Azure

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized application environments

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices

• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot

• Design and implement scalable REST APIs and backend services

• Collaborate with front-end developers in integrating ReactJS-based applications

• Perform unit testing, API testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

• Support application deployment through CI/CD pipelines

• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure

• Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes/containerized environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement appropriate fixes and improvements

• Contribute to system optimization, application reliability, and continuous improvement
