Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Expert Java Developer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of modern development practices.
Main Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for developing new services and solutions within the embedded banking area. Key responsibilities include:
Developing new services in the Embedded Banking Service Domain.
Collaborating with a Scrum team to deliver high-quality software.
Creating and maintaining microservices applications.
Utilizing AI-assisted development tools in the coding process.
Ensuring high availability and performance of distributed applications.
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in Java software development.
Proficiency with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Db2.
Experience developing microservices.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
Ability to build distributed, high-throughput applications.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Nice to Have
Experience with Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
Familiarity with REST APIs, Maven, and JUnit.
Knowledge of Specification-Driven Development (SDD) and SDD frameworks.

This position is based in Poland, preferably in Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw, within a hybrid working model requiring a minimum of 60% office presence.
