Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with AI awareness to build reliable, scalable platforms that power modern digital products. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-performance software that stays stable at scale and meets defined technical and business goals
• Contribute to architecture planning conversations and help shape the technical direction of development
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver quality software on schedule
• Review peer code and share actionable feedback to uphold strong engineering standards
• Analyze complex defects and technical risks, then implement fixes that address root causes
• Mentor junior engineers to strengthen their programming skills and confidence
• Participate in planning workshops by producing estimates, surfacing dependencies, and clarifying scope
• Track relevant technology trends and promote adoption of valuable practices within the team
• Create and maintain documentation of system behavior, implementation decisions, and engineering processes
• Align with stakeholders to clarify priorities and ensure delivery matches agreed requirements

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience delivering software solutions
• Practical understanding of AI technologies and how to apply them in development workflows and technical design
• Advanced knowledge of Java Core concepts and object-oriented programming principles
• Hands-on experience using Java 8 for application development
• Proven experience building backend capabilities with the Spring Boot framework
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments for cloud-based application delivery
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services for deploying and supporting hosted systems
• Working knowledge of CI/CD practices that enable consistent automated releases
• Strong SQL skills for working with relational databases and maintaining data
• Experience designing services using a microservices-oriented architecture
• Ability to implement and integrate RESTful APIs for service-to-service communication
• Proficiency in unit testing to improve software reliability and maintainable code quality
• Experience using NoSQL database solutions with Java applications
• Fluent written and verbal English at B2 level or above
