Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver durable technical solutions that align with strategic objectives and quality requirements
• Offer constructive input during system architecture conversations to help establish project roadmaps
• Liaise with product, business, and technology teams to keep delivery work on track and up to standard
• Provide detailed peer-review comments that promote readable, sustainable, and dependable code
• Identify root causes of complex engineering problems and implement targeted remediation
• Mentor less experienced team members through hands-on support and ongoing technical knowledge transfer
• Support delivery preparation by contributing to scope definition, effort evaluation, and schedule planning
• Evaluate technology trends and incorporate beneficial approaches into daily engineering activities
• Keep well-structured technical records that preserve important decisions, workflows, and implementation context
• Work alongside stakeholders to translate expectations into clear requirements and aligned delivery results

Requirements

• No fewer than three years of practical experience in a similar software-focused technical capacity
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and frameworks that can improve technical solution development
• Advanced grasp of Java Core principles and object-oriented programming techniques
• Experience leveraging Java 8 functionality in applied project settings
• Proficiency with Spring Boot for backend system construction and long-term maintenance
• Experience operating in cloud environments based on Microsoft Azure
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services for cloud rollout, hosting, and operational oversight
• Familiarity with CI/CD fundamentals that enable consistent automated deployment processes
• Strong SQL capability for structuring and retrieving information in relational databases
• Demonstrated experience delivering service-oriented applications using microservices architecture
• Direct experience implementing REST APIs and integrating REST-based systems
• Solid understanding of unit testing strategies for maintaining stable, high-quality code
• Background with NoSQL database platforms that complement Java development
• Fluent English communication skills at B2 level or above
