Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Create and evolve scalable application frameworks that fulfill strategic business objectives and engineering expectations
• Offer informed input during architectural planning to help shape how development initiatives progress
• Collaborate with diverse delivery teams to maintain quality standards and achieve planned milestones
• Provide detailed feedback on peer code contributions to promote clean, reliable, and sustainable implementation
• Resolve intricate engineering obstacles by investigating their source and applying targeted solutions
• Guide less experienced colleagues through mentoring that develops both technical independence and capability
• Support project preparation by refining scope definitions and providing informed estimates for planned work
• Evaluate technology trends and introduce valuable practices that improve routine development activities
• Produce accessible documentation of significant design choices and processes to protect long-term codebase health
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate objectives into clear requirements and aligned delivery outcomes

Requirements

• No fewer than three years of relevant experience in a software-focused technical capacity
• Hands-on familiarity with AI technologies and concepts that can improve engineering workflows and system design
• Thorough grasp of Java Core fundamentals and object-oriented programming approaches
• Proven ability to apply Java 8 features in production-ready development work
• Experience leveraging Spring Boot to develop and sustain backend infrastructure
• Background supporting cloud-hosted solutions in Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services for cloud rollout, hosting, and operational management
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts that support consistent automated release pipelines
• Strong SQL capability for organizing, accessing, and retrieving relational database information
• Track record of delivering service-oriented systems through microservices architecture
• Applied experience implementing and integrating REST API solutions
• Solid understanding of unit testing techniques for ensuring stable and trustworthy code
• Familiarity with NoSQL database options that integrate effectively with Java applications
• Fluent English communication skills at B2 level or above
