Summary
Senior Java Developer building and enhancing Java-based applications for taxation, account management, and investment processing for pension and savings products at a banking client. Core stack: Java 21, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, JMS/MQ, OpenAPI/AsyncAPI, Git and CI/CD. B2B contract, hybrid with 3 days/week onsite in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia.
For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior Java Developer
Location: Warsaw, Gdańsk or Gdynia - 3 days a week from the office
Type of agreement: B2B contract
This specialist will be responsible for developing and enhancing company's Java-based applications that handle taxation, account management, and investment processing for pension and savings products.

Must-have knowledge and experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, especially Java 21 and related frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.)
- Experience with relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of messaging protocols such as JMS, MQ etc.
- Knowledge of OpenAPI and AsyncAPI for producing and consuming data
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles
