Essential Skills
- Professional experience (5–8 years) in programming, as a Java developer, and/or similar roles;
- Strong proficiency in SQL (IBM DB2, Oracle), JBoss, WebSphere, and Maven;
- Solid knowledge of frameworks such as Spring Boot;
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
