Senior Java Developer (Hybrid)

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to join our international team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of scalable backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 17/21 & Spring Boot
- Design and implement microservice architectures
- Work with RabbitMQ/Kafka, Redis/Couchbase, and Oracle/PostgreSQL
- Contribute to system modernization and transformation projects
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and code quality
- Participate in CI/CD processes and use tools like SonarQube
- Make architectural decisions and optimize application performance
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Java backend development
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices
- Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
- Familiarity with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and caching systems
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and code quality practices
- Solid understanding of concurrency, transactions, and performance optimization
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
