Responsibilities
Architect and develop robust, scalable backend services utilizing Java frameworks.
Design and implement high-efficiency REST APIs and manage seamless multi-data-source integrations.
Actively identify system bottlenecks and execute advanced tuning across application code, caching mechanisms, and database queries.
Align on technical documentation, code reviews, and system requirements with our cross-border teams.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Language Proficiency (Mandarin): Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in Mandarin. This is a critical requirement as you will be directly communicating daily, participating in stand-ups, and aligning on technical architecture with regional stakeholders and development teams in China.
Core Tech: Java, REST APIs, JPA/MyBatis, JUnit, SQL (Bonus: Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse)
Experience with relational databases and SQL development.
Familiarity with AI-driven development tools (e.g., IDE assistants, code generation agents) and a keen interest in continuous learning within the AI space.
