Work Model: Hybrid for candidates living in state capitals and Remote for candidates living in countryside/cities outside the state capitals

Build Modern Enterprise Java Applications

The Professional We Are Looking For

We are seeking a hands-on Java Software Engineer with strong backend development experience and a passion for clean code, scalable architectures, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has experience with enterprise application development, modern Java frameworks, databases, version control, and Agile methodologies, while collaborating effectively with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Develop, test, and implement high-quality Java applications.
• Design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to define technical solutions and new features.
• Participate in requirements analysis and solution design.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following software engineering best practices.
• Maintain, enhance, and modernize existing applications.

Education

Bachelor s Degree completed or currently in progress in a related field.

Mandatory Experience

• Advanced English for communication in an international environment.
• Proven experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework.
• Experience with Hibernate.
• Experience developing web applications.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL).
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
