A senior backend developer who builds and maintains scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs for a travel & aviation product covering online booking, customer journeys and travel management. Role is based in Kraków on a B2B contract, working alongside frontend, QA and DevOps engineers.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join an international team working on modern digital solutions for the travel and aviation industry.
You will be involved in developing scalable backend solutions that support digital customer journeys, online booking, additional services and travel management.

- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring / Spring Boot
- Solid experience with REST APIs
- Practical experience with microservices
- Experience working with relational databases
- Good understanding of software development best practices, testing and CI/CD
- Experience building scalable and reliable applications
- Good command of English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions
