Senior Java Developer - Java / Spring (WFH)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 - based on level/capability

With the business entering an exciting phase of modernisation and growth they are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join their Perth team.

As a senior member of the team you’ll be trusted to bring your technical expertise, judgement and ideas to the table. You’ll influence technical direction and help deliver robust solutions that have a real impact on customers and operations. You’ll have the opportunity to take genuine ownership of critical development initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the platform.

We're looking for:

• Strong commercial Java development experience and solid software engineering fundamentals.

• Good to expert level Java / Spring - full stack skillset beneficial (React/Angular...)

• Experience with cloud-based development and AI development beneficial.

• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to software development.

• The ability to work confidently with complex systems and challenging technical problems.

• An interest or previous experience in modernising and improving software platforms.

• Strong ownership and accountability with the ability to drive work forward.

• The communication skills and technical maturity to contribute to architectural and engineering decisions.
