Senior Java Developer (Keycloak)

Senior Java developer builds and maintains a Keycloak-based identity management system, creating secure APIs and CI/CD pipelines for a scalable digital platform.

In your role as Senior Java Developer (Keycloak), you will contribute to delivering a seamless digital journey for customers and partners across the entire lifecycle of our heating solutions. Working within our Digital Solution Foundations Platform, you will help shape a scalable, secure and future-oriented identity management ecosystem.
  • You take full ownership of a Keycloak-based Customer Identity Management system and continuously further develop it to ensure stability and scalability.
  • Your responsibilities will include transforming reusable functionalities into reliable, secure and high-performing APIs.
  • By implementing monitoring and testing solutions, you ensure the continuous quality and reliability of our digital platform.
  • Together with an interdisciplinary team, you evolve and operate GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning workflows.

What makes us successful together

  • Qualification: You have a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: You bring more than five years of professional experience as a Software Developer.
  • Know-how and skills: You are experienced in developing Java web services based on JEE and Spring using REST architectures and have solid knowledge of Identity and Access Management, including Keycloak, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Kotlin, cloud-based software development lifecycle, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and GitOps will support your success in this role.
  • Personality: You are familiar with agile development methods and modern architectural patterns, combined with an open, reliable and collaborative mindset.
  • Language skills: Your business-fluent English enables you to communicate confidently with developers, stakeholders and product owners.
