Senior Java Developer - Lead & Architect in Training

Fortidia is seeking a Senior Java Developer for our Milan headquarters, reporting to the Software Architect Manager. You will develop and implement Java-based solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, performance and maintainability, and coordinate a small team of external developers.

This role offers progression toward a Junior Software Architect within 12–18 months, and exposure to architecture decisions, technology stack, and a vibrant international environment.
