Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code using Java and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other engineers to define software requirements and technical designs.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Stay current with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and common frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
