Senior Java Developer

TCS is seeking a Senior Java Developer with advanced English skills to join its growing team in Argentina, providing technical support to Global Clients, including Fortune 500 organizations in USA & Europe.

If you are passionate about building resilient enterprise applications, event-driven solutions, and cloud-native systems using Java and Spring Boot, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8+.
• Build and enhance microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot.
• Design and implement scalable distributed systems following microservices best practices.
• Develop event-driven solutions and integrations using Apache Kafka.
• Work with MongoDB for efficient data modeling, storage, and retrieval.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on OpenShift and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance and reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher.
• Hands-on experience developing applications with Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with MongoDB, including NoSQL database design and data modeling.
• Familiarity with OpenShift and/or AWS environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to system design and high-availability architectures.
• Experience with enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
