You will be:

  • designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications using Java,
  • building and enhancing REST APIs supporting business-critical services,
  • developing AI-enabled features and integrating modern AI capabilities into backend applications,
  • designing and implementing AI agent workflows using modern AI frameworks and runtime technologies,
  • collaborating with software engineers and AI specialists to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions,
  • writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code,
  • contributing to CI/CD processes and software delivery,
  • leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, engineering quality, and development workflows.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience as a Java Developer,
  • experience building and maintaining REST APIs and backend applications,
  • practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar,
  • experience designing or implementing AI agents or agent-based workflows,
  • familiarity with modern AI frameworks and technologies, such as LangGraph, FastMCP, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or similar,
  • practical experience applying AI to improve software development, automation, or business applications,
  • ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions,
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • good communication skills in English (min. B2).
  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
  • iInterest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
