Senior Java Developer with AI (Spring Boot, Microservices)

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with AI (Spring Boot, Microservices) to engineer scalable backend services and strengthen delivery with AI principles and tools. You will drive Microservice Architecture decisions, develop Java 8 and Spring Boot components, and integrate REST APIs on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, dependable applications aligned to technical requirements and organizational objectives
• Shape system architecture through active participation and well-reasoned suggestions
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery and strong quality
• Inspect and critique code contributions to keep standards high
• Identify root causes and fix challenging defects and technical blockers
• Coach junior team members to improve their technical capabilities and confidence
• Support planning by providing estimates on scope and delivery timelines
• Monitor industry changes and incorporate new practices when they benefit the team
• Maintain documentation of key decisions and processes to support long-term sustainability
• Engage with business stakeholders to refine requirements and keep outcomes aligned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Working knowledge of AI fundamentals and tools used to improve software delivery
• Excellent understanding of Java Core and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience with Java 8 features in production environments
• Hands-on practice building backend systems using Spring Boot
• Background working within Microsoft Azure
• Ability to deploy and maintain workloads on Amazon Web Services
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows for automated builds and releases
• Good command of SQL for relational database queries and data handling
• Track record of delivering solutions aligned with Microservice Architecture
• Experience designing, building, and integrating REST APIs
• Practical Unit Testing skills to protect reliability and maintain quality
• Awareness of Java-friendly NoSQL database technologies
• English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
