Senior Java Engineer (Agency contract)
About our client: Our client is Reputed Bank.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable API solutions.
- Set technical standards and best practices for API development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API requirements.
- Oversee API integration with internal and external systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship.
- Ensure API security reliability, and performance.
- Manage the API lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Establish API documentation and governance processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on emerging API technologies and trends.
Skills/Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science OR Information Technology / equivalent degree.
- 8+ years of relevant experience Java Development or support
- Strong experience in Technologies and Tools: JSF, Spring, Hibernate and Oracle PL/SQL Development.
- Minimum 3 years in Banking domain with strong development experience.
- Experience in Redhat Linux System and Job Scheduling with Control M.
- Experience in Apache, Tomcat and WebLogic App Server
