As a Java Engineer you will move completely away from standard basic CRUD applications to take massive ownership over our core data processing engine You will be responsible for building resilient low-latency backend systems that scale seamlessly
High-Throughput Backend Architecture
Architect design and implement resilient ultra-low-latency backend applications and microservices using Core Java to process real-time data streaming and complex analytics pipelines
System Optimization
Concurrency Performance-tune server-side applications mastering memory management multithreading and asynchronous programming to eliminate processing bottlenecks and maximize throughput
API
Integration Engineering Design and deploy robust secure RESTful APIs and modern communication protocols to facilitate high-speed data integration across distributed cloud and on-premise platforms
Data Infrastructure Scaling
Collaborate with data teams to optimize relational and non-relational database scripts ensuring seamless storage aggregation and lightning-fast retrieval of multi-relational data
Clean Code
Delivery Assurance
Champion engineering excellence by writing clean highly testable code maintaining comprehensive unit integration test suites and driving robust CI CD deployment cycles
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with front-end engineers product managers and system architects to translate complex operational workflows into highly intuitive scalable software features
Discover the Requirements
Experience: 4+ years of deep backend software engineering experience, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade applications. Core Technical Stack: Absolute mastery of Core Java (advanced features, memory management, and JVM tuning) and modern framework ecosystems (Spring Boot / Microservices). Data & Streaming: Strong working knowledge of high-volume data streaming (e.g., Kafka, Flink) and complex SQL/NoSQL database optimization. Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Mindset: A product-builder archetype with strong analytical logic, a passion for low- latency optimization, and the agility to thrive in a high-velocity startup environment.
