What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and enhancing enterprise-scale payment processing solutions.
- Building cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
- Working within AWS environments to deliver resilient and scalable platforms.
- Supporting the implementation of modern payment solutions and integrations.
- Developing event-driven services using messaging technologies such as Kafka.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Working closely with banking clients on critical transformation initiatives.
- Strong commercial experience with Java development.
- Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices-based architectures.
- Experience working within AWS cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka and asynchronous messaging solutions.
- Strong understanding of ISO 20022 payments standards.
- Hands-on experience with the ICON IPF framework.
- Experience working with major banking or financial services organisations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
