Senior Java Engineer - Mentoring & Architecture,Public Sector

SoCode Recruitment is partnering with a growing technology business building software for the Public Sector. The role is senior and involves mentoring and guiding other engineers. Candidates must be eligible for NPPV level 3 vetting and will work three days a week in the Banbury office.

You’ll contribute hands-on to the codebase, design new modules, review code, and help shape engineering standards and future architecture while mentoring teammates.
