Senior Java ETL Developer

Project description
You'll be joining the Bank, which is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank. We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment. Our tribe is on a journey of an extensive digitalization of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. On that we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process and application landscape.
Responsibilities
- Work with a Team on functional and non-functional requirements, technical analysis and design, design decisions and API Design and develop new functionalities incrementally. Coding and testing, reviewing other team member's changes Communicate effectively with the team in an agile environment to ensure alignment on tasks and priorities.
SKILLS
Must have
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science / software engineering Terrraform, GCP, Github is a must Minimum 8 years of work experience in software development. Minimum 5 years of work experience and in-depth knowledge of Java programming language and open-source frameworks like Spring, SpringBoot, Hibernate. Building ELT with dbt. Experience in developing solutions based on microservices architecture. Experience in container orchestration platform and Google Cloud technology (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, IaaC, Terraform, Github Actions, GKE, Google Pub/Sub, Apigee, Cloud Security) Expertise on relational databases - PostgreSQL
