Job Description

• Participate in the design and development of Front, Middle, or Back Office applications.
• Develop robust and high-performance components in Java.
• Design and optimize algorithms for financial data calculation and processing.
• Ensure integration with market systems and data platforms.
• Participate in testing, validation, and production deployment phases.
• Collaborate with business teams (Traders, Risk Managers, Business Analysts, MOA).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong skills in algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization.
• Good command of SQL databases.
• Experience with modern Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot).
• Good understanding of distributed architectures and REST APIs.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, results-oriented environment.
• Fluent English.
