Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead
Salary: $7,000 – $9,000 per month

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend technologies. Develop backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and integration components. Build responsive web applications using React.js or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Lead technical design discussions and provide solutions aligned with application architecture and business requirements.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers and conduct code reviews.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Troubleshoot complex application, integration, performance, and production issues.
Ensure coding standards, security practices, code quality, and application performance.
Support CI/CD, automated deployments, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud-based environments.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, estimation, sprint planning, and technical documentation.
About you
6+ years of software development experience for Senior Developer roles; 8+ years with technical leadership experience preferred for Tech Lead roles.
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and Microservices.
Strong frontend development experience with React.js or Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is advantageous.
Strong understanding of system design, application architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
Experience in Agile software development environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
