Senior Java Full-Stack Engineer

Rate: 170-190 PLN/H + VAT

We are seeking a highly senior Java Full-Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and continuous enhancement of modern cloud-based products.

The ideal candidate is proficient across the technology stack, from backend services and APIs to frontend applications, while also actively participating in architectural decisions, technical direction, code quality enhancement, and the establishment of strong engineering practices.

You should exhibit a pragmatic mindset, focus on product outcomes, and possess the capability to work autonomously within a senior engineering framework.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications utilizing Java and modern frontend technologies.

• Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and integrations.

• Engage with cloud-native architectures and deployment methods.

• Contribute to the technical architecture and engineering decision-making.

• Enhance the reliability, performance, security, and maintainability of the platform.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and other engineers.

• Provide mentorship to fellow engineers, promoting technical excellence within the team.

• Investigate and implement modern development methodologies, including AI-assisted coding approaches where applicable.

Key Requirements:

• Significant senior-level experience as a software engineer.

• Extensive hands-on expertise in Java and backend development.

• Solid full-stack development experience, including proficiency in modern frontend frameworks.

• Strong comprehension of cloud platforms and cloud-native engineering approaches.

• Ability to operate independently and make informed technical decisions.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Proven experience in building production-grade systems with rigorous standards for quality, scalability, and maintainability.

• Experience in working with Google Cloud Platform; familiarity with AWS or Azure is also valuable.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, continuous integration and delivery, observability, and contemporary DevOps practices.

• Awareness of AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, or agentic coding workflows.

• Background in fintech, identity, compliance, SaaS, or other high-trust environments.
