WE ARE LOOKING FOR: SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

We seek a Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in microservices architecture, Kafka-based systems, and cloud-ready solutions. The ideal candidate brings a technical and analytical background in:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based systems
• Collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams
• Analyzing business processes and technical documentation
• Implementing monitoring, automation, and security best practices

You will play a key role in:

• Diagnosing and resolving system issues, including root cause analysis and documentation review
• Supporting the development and maintenance of production systems
• Planning team tasks and monitoring system performance
• Communicating effectively with business stakeholders, maintenance teams, and development teams
• Proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving innovation
• Defining metrics and alerts for technical and business monitoring
• Automating processes, including test creation and optimization
• Conducting code reviews and updating technical and business documentation
• Overseeing vulnerability management and security compliance
• Onboarding and mentoring team members
• Developing new functionalities and enhancing existing ones in alignment with business requirements
• Participating in the full Agile lifecycle of user stories

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on microservices and Kafka
• Strong analytical skills for decomposing requirements and designing solutions
• Proficiency in Java (preferably version 21, minimum 11), Spring Boot 3.4+, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Cloud Stream
• Experience with Kafka, Avro, REST, Git, Jira, Confluence, Docker, Liquibase, and Hibernate
• Advanced English proficiency
• Higher education in a relevant field
• Experience in the banking sector (2–5 years) is a plus
