Senior Java Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join an enterprise technology team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Microservices, Kafka, and Azure Cloud, with experience delivering scalable, secure, and high‑performance enterprise applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Design and implement microservices‑based architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Develop and support Kafka‑based event‑driven applications.
• Deploy and optimize applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement DevOps best practices.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift for containerization and deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure application reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

• 10+ years of hands‑on software development experience
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework
• Strong experience in Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs
• Hands‑on experience with Apache Kafka and event‑driven systems
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, Git, Agile methodologies, and production support

Good to Have

• Azure certifications such as AZ-204 or AZ-305.
• Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Application Insights, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
• Experience in enterprise‑scale or financial services environments.
