Senior Java Software Engineer
Summary
Develop simulators of public safety communication system components in Java, with some frontend work in HTML/CSS/Angular, used for functional and performance system-level testing and test automation.
The Infrastructure System Test Tools team (ISTT) within Motorola Solutions is responsible for development of simulators of public safety communication system components. The simulators are used by product teams to execute functional and performance system level tests and tests automation.
- technology: Java as a core technology, but also HTML / CSS / Angular
- knowledge of designing realtime multithreaded and distributed systems
- knowledge of IP networks (devices, protocols)
- written and verbal communication in English
Nice to have:
- experience in working with AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot)
- Docker / Kubernetes (configuration, deployment) knowledge
- cloud environments knowledge (Azure, AWS)
- Jenkins

- experience in working with SCRUM practices
