Build software that enables analysts to turn complex, multi-source data into actionable intelligence.
We're looking for experienced Java Engineers to develop secure, cloud-native platforms supporting some of the UK's most sensitive National Security programmes. You'll work across large-scale data ingestion, distributed systems, analyst tooling and secure microservices, solving complex engineering challenges in highly regulated environments.
What you'll be building
- Java services and Apache NiFi data pipelines that ingest, enrich and process large-scale mission data
- Secure Spring Boot microservices deployed on OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Event-driven distributed systems using message brokers to connect services, data stores and processing pipelines
- Cross-domain solutions that move information securely between networks of different classifications

- Experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems
