Senior Java Software Engineer

The Senior Java Software Engineer will provide progressive and best-in-class solutions to various RESTful services, applications, and data systems using the following technologies and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Agile experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related technical field is required (or equivalent experience), plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Must have current hands-on experience with the following technologies:

• Core Java and JDK 11+.
• Unit and Integration testing experience using Junit.
• J2EE, Spring Framework and JPA / Hibernate.
• Maven, Git and Jenkins.
• JSON RESTful web service development.
• Experience developing in a cloud environment (Azure preferred).
• Solid understanding of core Java concepts and design patterns.
• JDBC, RDBMS, Cassandra, Kafka, ActiveMQ, NoSQL.
• Kubernetes and Docker.
