We're seeking an experienced Senior Java / Spring Architect to relocate to the United States and work on long-term, high-impact projects with U.S.-based clients.

This opportunity is ideal for a Java/Spring expert who can lead architectural decisions, build scalable backend systems, and collaborate with international engineering teams.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead system architecture and enforce clean code principles.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Drive technical decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders and development teams.
• Ensure system performance, security, and maintainability.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

? Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Advanced expertise in modern Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Data (JPA/Hibernate) and Spring Security.
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Clean/Hexagonal Architecture.
• Proven experience designing RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience in senior engineering or software architecture roles.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) — Mandatory.
• Excellent technical communication and leadership skills.
• Mexican citizenship and willingness to relocate to the U.S. — Mandatory.
