As a JDE Analyst, you will act as a techno-functional lead, responsible for configuring, maintaining, optimizing, and supporting JDE EnterpriseOne modules.
You will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions by translating user requirements into functional and technical specifications, supporting testing and providing high-level troubleshooting.
Working closely with functional IT leaders and business stakeholders, you will contribute to JDE upgrades, implementations, enhancements, and major IT initiatives while ensuring disciplined execution and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Manage cross-functional IT programs and major initiatives from initiation through delivery
- Produce dashboards on schedule, budget, scope, and risk
Functional Expertise
- Act as a subject matter expert in specific JDE areas, such as Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) or Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing)
- Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers
Testing & Support
- Develop test plans, conduct unit and integration testing, and provide high-level troubleshooting support to users
- Support the optimization and ongoing maintenance of JDE EnterpriseOne modules
Data & Security Management
- Manage data mapping, conversions, integrity audits, and user access controls
- Identify risks early and drive appropriate mitigation plans
Projects & Enhancements
- Participate in JDE upgrades, patching, and new implementation projects
- Drive disciplined execution using standardized project management and SDLC practices
- Partner with functional IT leaders across Applications, Infrastructure, and Security to align delivery plans and resources
- Support M&A activities, including post-integration and post-divestiture IT environment stabilization initiatives
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+years of experience with JDE / JD Edwards, IT program management, or related ERP environments
- Strong Oracle database skills and proficiency in ERP design
- Experience operating in regulated environments, with medical device or life sciences experience strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%, including occasional travel to company sites and vendor locations

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with qualifications and performance considered.
This role offers a fully remote work model and can be performed remotely from a country within the European Union.

Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers factors such as experience level, skill set, and market conditions.
