SALARY: $106,400 - $159,600, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Key Account Manager – Hispanic Grocery is responsible for executing sales strategies including volume, share, distribution, assortment, revenue, etc., while fostering strong relationships with retail chains (including Fiesta, La Michoacana, Food Town, etc.) and wholesaler counterparts. The ideal candidate will also have an analytical mindset and sell using data-based insights. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop annual strategies/account plans and manage budgets for retail chains
Be able to identify sales gaps in market and develop plans to close them
Utilizes data to analyze A-B performance in key accounts and identify opportunities for growth
Complete knowledge of both AB & competitive pricing and be able to develop plans to maximize opportunities
Utilize sales tools (iDig, PBI, Circana, BIR, etc.)
Maintain active communications with field sales and wholesaler personnel
Travel up to 30%
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
BS/BA degree in business, finance, marketing or related field
Sales and/or Marketing experience preferably in the beverage or consumer package goods industry
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Strong internal and external customer orientation; Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
Computer software proficiency (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI)
