Job Title : Senior Kinaxis RapidResponse Solution Consultant.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Kinaxis RapidResponse Solution Consultant with 8+ years of supply chain planning experience and 5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis implementation experience.

The role will focus on designing, configuring, developing, and implementing enterprise supply chain planning solutions for complex global organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead full lifecycle Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, enhancements, global rollouts, and POCs.

- Conduct business process workshops and translate requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions.

- Configure and develop Workbooks, Worksheets, Control Sets, Alerts, Measures, Metrics, Scenarios, and Dashboards.

- Design solutions supporting demand planning, supply planning, inventory, capacity, production, and material planning.

- Develop and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, Azure, and other enterprise systems.

- Prepare solution, functional, technical design, data mapping, testing, and deployment documentation.

- Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with global teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Kinaxis configurations, planning models, integrations, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of enterprise Supply Chain Planning implementation experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation experience.

- Proven experience with full implementations, enhancements, global rollouts, and POCs.

- Strong hands-on experience in Kinaxis configuration and development.

- Expertise in one or more areas : Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Planning, MRP/DRP, or S&OP.

- Strong Kinaxis skills in Data Modeling, Authoring, Workbooks, Worksheets, Dashboards, Alerts, Scenarios, and Analytics.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, and preferably SAP APO.

- Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, ETL, Data Mapping, and Master Data Management.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and business process skills.

Preferred :

- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Power BI.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

- Master's degree/MBA or Supply Chain specialization is a plus.
