Summary
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards with DAX and data models, integrate data from Azure Data Lake, SQL, Oracle, and Alteryx, and automate reporting workflows for business insights.
§Develop and deploy interactive dashboards in Power BI using DAX and advanced data modeling techniques to provide actionable business insights.
§Manage and integrate data from diverse sources, including Azure Data Lake (ADL), SQL databases, Oracle databases, and Alteryx workflows, ensuring efficient data import and processing.
§Design comprehensive data models that enhance reporting capabilities and support dynamic and scalable visualization solutions.
§Execute robust data transformation processes using Power Query to clean, prepare, and optimize data for analysis and reporting.
§Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI to safeguard data access and maintain confidentiality, ensuring that users view only data pertinent to their roles.
Write and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation, enhancing overall database performance and reporting accuracy. Utilize PL/SQL for complex data retrieval tasks in Oracle SQL and knowledge to use Azure Data Factory
§Work across functional lines to strive for and ensure consistent data quality
§Conduct continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvements with the aim of minimizing redundant reporting and development of single source
§Identify, Analyze, and Interpret data trends or patterns using statistical techniques relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets
§Provide increased focus on analytics and emphasize on providing valuable insights to drive improvement opportunities
§Automate & translate reporting needs into reports and dashboards
§Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practices related to data management, risk and compliance
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
